  • Organisational & Culture Change

We help organisations to identify and embed the values and behaviours necessary to deliver their business objectives. We work with top teams to determine both the helpful and inhibiting aspects of their culture and to describe a new way of working that reflects their vision and values as leaders. Through a combination of workshops and one-to-one coaching, we support managers across the business to make the attitudinal and behavioural shifts required to lead a new way of working at individual, team and organisational level.



  • Leadership Development

Development Workshops are produced in partnership with the client, and dove-tailed to meet specific requirements. They may include 360 degree feedback, self-evaluation, paper-and-pencil exercises, business simulations, group discussions around key business challenges and didactic input in aspects of management and leadership skills. The emphasis throughout is on creating an environment conducive to learning, and creating a compelling and motivating development plan that builds on insightful development.

YSC's approach to team development is based on a thorough diagnosis of team effectiveness compared to leading teams. We go beyond simple team dynamics to explore issues such as the team’s ability to deliver, and how they interface with their external contacts and customers.
