Jock Encombe BA Hons UKCP (DipCAT) Director, YSC Scotland

Jock has a background in strategy consultancy, investment banking, television production and psychotherapy. Before joining YSC he worked as a management and organisational development consultant for Monitor - the Harvard based strategy consultancy - and at Guy's Hospital for ten years as a Cognitive Analytic Therapist and training supervisor. He has a degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford University. He has a particular interest in relationship based approaches to individual and organisational change.
