Elisa Krantz BSc MSc

Elisa joined YSC's consulting and coaching practice in 2006, and has experience of working with several of the FTSE100 companies across a range of industries globally. Drawing on her executive assessment and development background, her coaching approach blends psychological insight with pragmatic business sense to apply coaching experience and practical techniques based on the unique requirements of the individual and the organisation. In her coaching work she is particularly interested in helping clients increase their awareness of how they limit their own potential and what strengths they might leverage to meet the changing requirements for success, as well as working with leaders who want to stretch their contribution to the next level. She combines empathy and support with challenge and direct feedback. She has deep-seated interests in the cultural dimensions of leadership, the strategic development of leadership talent and supporting individuals through the transitions they encounter on their leadership journeys.

Elisa is a Managing Consultant and Head of YSC India. Prior to joining YSC she worked as Leadership & Development Manager with Merrill Lynch EMEA, and as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in culture change, training and development. She also conducted research in business psychology and gained a distinction for her MSc dissertation on the identification of potential at JPMorganChase. Swedish and Maltese by background, she is multi-lingual and has experience of living and working in several countries internationally.
