YSC’s new VIEW assessments are a succinct and time effective way of assessing the potential of managers in the early, formative stages of their leadership careers. They provide you with valuable information and confidence in the development and hiring of staff.

HOW IS VIEW DISTINCTIVE?

As with executive assessments, VIEW assessments provide exceptional insight into individuals. During an intensive and in-depth two hour interview, we use a variety of means to draw out key signature strengths and limiting behaviours that aid further development of the individual. Our methods are unique and include biographical interviewing, indirect questioning and psychometrics.

Through combining these approaches, our psychologists are able to delve beneath the surface to identify and explore the causes of behaviour, allowing individuals to identify and build on their capabilities. One of the psychometrics that we employ is the Potential Guide, which has been rigorously validated and is an exceptional source of data in the assessment and development of junior and middle managers.

Our assessments are highly business-focused; we identify the issues that matter and not only help individuals but also organisations on the path to realising their potential. We recognise the value of time and resources, and can effectively conduct VIEW interviews via the telephone. Following the assessment, we provide a comprehensive and insightful two page report and provide personal feedback sessions.
