How is View Distinctive?
Our View offering provides exceptional insight into individuals. During an intensive two hour interView, we use a variety of methods to draw out key signature strengths and limiting behaviours that aid further development of the individual.
Our methods are unique and include biographical interViewing, direct and indirect questioning and psychometrics. Through combining these approaches, our psychologists are able to delve beneath the surface to identify and explore the causes of behaviour, allowing individuals to identify and build on their capabilities.
In addition to the consultant assessment, we recommend a suite of psychometrics dependent upon the interView objectives. One of the psychometrics we can draw on is the Potential Guide. This has been rigorously validated and is an exceptional source of data in the assessment and development of junior and middle managers. It allows organisations to benchmark individuals against best in class.
